CooL VinTage for a PineappLe .

Now this is what I call a find......

On a Saturday walk with Steve and the kids we stumbled upon a little vintage boutique. I was lured in by the sparkle of colourful vintage glass and then found this amazing shell chandelier hanging just above eye level......

She's handmade and she makes me think of a tropical oasis and of Summer......

I got it for a pineapple (that's a $50 for my overseas readers) which I thought was a bargain given how intricate and heavy and perfect she is......now I just need somewhere to put her.

Random InspiraTion .

I feel like I'm emerging from the fog of this head cold......finally. It probably wasn't even fog, just snot, but after 3 whole boxes of tissues and a week of wearing the same pyjamas with the occasional shower in between I might just be starting to get back to normal......

I've had plenty of time to think and dream and be inspired......
