ShoP the HouSe ScanDi ChrisTmaS sTyLe


I just couldn't help myself......

 I was cooking some chorizo and grape tomatoes in basil oil to toss through pasta for dinner when I started wondering what I could use (that I already own) to decorate the house for Christmas, which is 4 weeks away today in case you forgot ;O)

 I clearly don't find cooking all that mentally stimulating. 
Next thing you know I'm adding these luscious ruby red berries to my Ikea herbs in their doily edged pots and slinging them onto the dining table instead of pasta and salad......With the addition of some cheerful gift wrap and pretty bowls you have a simple budget Christmas table......






Right, well, I'll be off now to serve dinner......as you were ;O)

  10. Your dinner sounds just fine and I love the way you are incorporating simple items to reflect the season :) All the bling and heavy decor is over the top sometimes.
